We are happy to inform you of the coming availability of our new power supply for
use across the SAILOR product portfolio. The new SAILOR 6080 AC/DC Power
Supply is available from today, and will ship with the SAILOR 500 FleetBroadband
and at the same time be made available as a generic standalone product.
The new modular design set-up used in the SAILOR 6080 AC/DC Power Supply
brings greater flexibility and easier installation than ever seen before.
Ease of installation and placement was highlighted by several end-users and taken
into account by the design team. The SAILOR 6080 AC/DC Power Supply is a light,
compact unit fitting the 1U rack mount format and can be placed horizontally or
vertically with the included mounting bolt kit.
Cable fitting is improved with easy access to a dual row of spring-loaded terminals via a protective plastic lid. A sturdy cable relief bracket is included in the box to further aid installation.
The new SAILOR 6080 AC/DC Power Supply is IEC 60945 approved, and is a
versatile unit that will form the backbone of the future SAILOR power supply range.
Initially this is introduced as a replacement for the PS4655 in the SAILOR 500
FleetBroadband and as stand-alone power supply alongside PS4655.
